They say beauty is in the eyes on the beholder.  I truly believe it is.  What someone finds beautiful, others will find it utterly repugnant.  Case in point:  In the Unites States people spend thousands of dollars to get the perfect smile.  They wear braces to straighten teeth, extract bad teeth,and have crowns, bridges and veneers and even get their teeth whitened.  All to make them have the perfect smile.  However, a craze is happening in Japan where people intentionally make their teeth crooked.  All I can say now, is WTF?  Yeah, WTF. In a biased ethnocentric way, I cannot believe such stupidity.  Make your teeth crooked?  wow.  I guess we live in a crazy world   As I said before, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
